The detailed remanufacturing process includes:

• Flushing and cleaning interior and exterior of the ink tank
• Refilling the cartridge with postal fluorescent ink
• Reprogramming the microchip
• Replacing all leak resistant rubber seals
• Inspecting and replacing damaged or worn parts
• Applying fresh labels

The high efficiency ink formulas have been tested for fluorescence and compatibility with U.S. Postal Service facing and sorting equipment.
